Delete Your Unshade Account

Unshade — Palms Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi

You can delete your Unshade account at any time, directly from the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Unshade app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is marked for deletion immediately. All personal data is permanently purged within 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Your profile, display name, and avatar
• Your Signals and all associated content
• Your matches, chats, and conversation history
• Your Desire Map, check-ins, and compatibility data
• Your remaining credits balance (paid and free) — credits are not refunded upon deletion
• All other personal data linked to your account

What may be retained

• Billing, transaction, and tax records required by law
• Safety and abuse reports necessary to protect other users
• Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you

Can’t access the app?

If you are unable to sign in or access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Send your request to hello@palmsandbirds.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
