Delete Your Unshade Account

Unshade — Palms Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi

You can delete your Unshade account at any time, directly from the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Unshade app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is marked for deletion immediately. Personal data that is not subject to lawful retention is permanently purged or anonymized within 30 days. Retention decisions are limited to what is relevant, proportionate, and necessary for the applicable legal, audit, safety, billing, or defense purpose.

What data is deleted

• Your profile, display name, and avatar
• Your Signals and all associated content
• Your matches, chats, and conversation history
• Your Desire Map, check-ins, and compatibility data
• Your remaining credits balance (paid, free, and promotional) — credits are forfeited and not refunded by Unshade upon voluntary deletion
• All other personal data linked to your account

What may be retained

• Billing, transaction, and tax records required by law
• Safety and abuse reports necessary to protect other users
• Fraud-prevention, consent, legal-acceptance, audit, and dispute records for as long as statutory limitation periods, legal defense, audit, or compliance needs continue
• Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you

Can’t access the app?

If you are unable to sign in or access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Send your request to hello@palmsandbirds.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
