1. Who We Are

Void Cut is developed and operated by Palms Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Turkey (Trade Registry No: 13484).

2. What Data Void Cut Collects

Void Cut is an offline-first mobile puzzle game. The game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, health data, or precise location.

Local gameplay data: best score, current run statistics, daily challenge progress, streaks, sound preference, language preference, and tutorial status may be stored on your device. This data is not sent to our servers.

3. Advertising

Void Cut uses Google AdMob to show interstitial advertisements at natural breaks, such as repeated restarts and game over. AdMob and its partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location, ad impressions, clicks, and fraud-prevention signals.

AdMob uses this information to serve ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. See Google Privacy Policy and Google advertising technologies.

4. App Stores and Platform Data

Apple App Store, Google Play, and your device operating system may process install, crash, diagnostic, review, or purchase-related data according to their own policies. We do not control those platform-level processes.

5. Legal Bases

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on consent for optional advertising personalization and tracking permissions, legitimate interests for basic app operation and fraud prevention, performance of a contract for requested app features, and legal obligation where required.

6. Third-Party Services

Void Cut may use Google AdMob for interstitial advertising, and Apple App Store / Google Play for distribution, installs, platform diagnostics, reviews, and device-level privacy controls. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the App, clear app data, or reset relevant preferences. Advertising and platform data are retained by Google, Apple, or other platform providers according to their own policies.

8. Children’s Privacy

Void Cut is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where that higher age applies. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Your Rights and Controls

Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Because Void Cut does not maintain user accounts and gameplay data is stored locally, many controls can be exercised by deleting the App or clearing local app data. Advertising controls are available in device privacy settings, Google ad settings, and any consent options available in the App.
