1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Void Cut (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms are between you and Palms Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of the App

Void Cut is a mobile 2D endless puzzle game. The player uses cutter shapes to remove filled cells from a board, score points, clear disconnected islands, and continue until no valid cuts remain.

3. Local Progress

Void Cut does not currently require a user account. Best score, preferences, tutorial status, and daily progress may be stored locally on your device. If you delete the App or clear app data, local progress may be lost.

4. Advertising

The App may show interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob at natural breaks, including repeated manual restarts and game over. Ads may depend on ad inventory, network availability, region, device settings, and third-party ad provider behavior.

Watching advertisements does not promise any in-game benefit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App unlawfully, modify or reverse-engineer the App, use cheats or automation to manipulate scores, interfere with ad delivery, or copy and redistribute the App or its original assets without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

Void Cut, including its game design, visual style, code, artwork, logo, interface, audio, and original content, is owned by Palms Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

Your use of Void Cut may also be governed by Apple App Store, Google Play, Google AdMob, device operating system, and other third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, ad content, platform outages, or policies.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or device functionality arising from the App.

9. Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Game rules, scoring, ad availability, and balancing may change between versions.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
