1. Who We Are

Thronica is developed and operated by Palms Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Turkey (Trade Registry No: 13484).

2. What Data Thronica Collects

Thronica is a mobile kingdom management card game. The game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, health data, or precise location. All game content, including the narration text, is generated on your device; your decisions, cards, and in-game names are never uploaded to a server.

Local save data: your dynasty and reign history, chronicle entries, run statistics, unlocked cosmetics and purchases (entitlements), sound and language preferences, and tutorial status are stored on your device. This data is not uploaded to our servers.

3. Advertising

Thronica uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded advertisements: you choose to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game benefit. AdMob and its partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location, ad impressions, clicks, and fraud-prevention signals.

Where required (for example under GDPR), the App shows a consent form via Google User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are served, and you can decline. See Google Privacy Policy and Google advertising technologies.

4. Analytics and Crash Reporting

Thronica uses Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate gameplay behavior (for example which screens and features are used) and Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic information such as device model, operating system version, and stack traces. This data helps us fix bugs and improve the game.

Analytics events are identified only by a randomly generated install identifier that is not linked to your identity, and they carry only numeric and categorical values: card text, in-game names, and other game content are never included. See Firebase Privacy and Security.

5. In-App Purchases

Thronica offers optional one-time purchases (for example cosmetic dice skins, portrait frames, and a bundle). Payments are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment card details. Purchase entitlements are recorded by the platform and reflected locally on your device.

6. Game Center and Play Games

If you choose to sign in, Thronica reports achievements to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. Sign-in and the associated player identity are handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. Playing without signing in is fully supported.

7. App Stores and Platform Data

Apple App Store, Google Play, and your device operating system may process install, crash, diagnostic, review, or purchase-related data according to their own policies. We do not control those platform-level processes.

8. Legal Bases

Where GDPR, KVKK, or similar laws apply, we rely on consent for optional advertising personalization and tracking permissions, legitimate interests for basic app operation, analytics, crash reporting, and fraud prevention, performance of a contract for requested app features such as purchases, and legal obligation where required.

9. Retention

Local save data remains on your device until you delete the App, clear app data, or reset relevant preferences. Advertising, analytics, and platform data are retained by Google, Apple, or other service providers according to their own policies.

10. Children's Privacy

Thronica is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where that higher age applies. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Your Rights and Controls

Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Because Thronica does not maintain user accounts and save data is stored locally, many controls can be exercised by deleting the App or clearing local app data. Advertising controls are available in device privacy settings, Google ad settings, and the consent options shown in the App.
