1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Thronica (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms are between you and Palms Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of the App

Thronica is a mobile kingdom management card game. The player rules a dynasty by swiping decision cards, balancing kingdom resources, rolling a d20 for risky ventures, and passing the crown from ruler to ruler while each reign is recorded in an in-game chronicle.

3. Local Progress

Thronica does not currently require a user account. Dynasty history, chronicle entries, preferences, unlocked cosmetics, and purchase entitlements may be stored locally on your device. If you delete the App or clear app data, local progress may be lost. Purchases can be restored through the platform restore mechanism where supported.

4. Rewarded Advertising

The App may offer optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob: you choose to watch an ad in exchange for a stated in-game benefit. Ads may depend on ad inventory, network availability, region, device settings, and third-party ad provider behavior. If an ad fails to complete, the associated reward may not be granted. Watching advertisements does not promise any benefit beyond the one stated in the App.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional one-time purchases such as cosmetic dice skins, portrait frames, and bundles. Purchases are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms, and refunds are handled according to platform policies. Virtual items are licensed for use within the App, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money.

6. Achievements

If you sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, achievements may be reported to your platform account under Apple or Google terms. Signing in is optional.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App unlawfully, modify or reverse-engineer the App, use cheats or automation to manipulate outcomes, interfere with ad delivery, or copy and redistribute the App or its original assets without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

Thronica, including its game design, visual style, code, artwork, logo, interface, audio, and original content, is owned by Palms Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

Your use of Thronica may also be governed by Apple App Store, Google Play, Google AdMob, Firebase, Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, device operating system, and other third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, ad content, platform outages, or policies.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or device functionality arising from the App.

11. Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Game rules, balancing, ad availability, and the purchase catalog may change between versions.

12. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
