1. Who We Are

Hoop Out! is developed and operated by Palms Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Turkey (Trade Registry No: 13484).

2. What Data Hoop Out! Collects

Hoop Out! is a one-touch mobile precision arcade game. The game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, health data, or precise location.

Local progress data: journey level progress and stars, best depth, run statistics, daily streak, unlocked and equipped cosmetics and purchase entitlements, sound, haptics, and theme preferences, and tutorial status are stored on your device. This data is not uploaded to our servers.

3. Advertising

Hoop Out! uses Google AdMob for two kinds of advertisements: optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for a second chance after a failed run, and occasional interstitial ads shown at natural breaks such as retrying, with a frequency cap. AdMob and its partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location, ad impressions, clicks, and fraud-prevention signals.

Where required (for example under GDPR), the App shows a consent form via Google User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are served, and you can decline. See Google Privacy Policy and Google advertising technologies.

4. Analytics

Hoop Out! uses Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate gameplay behavior, for example which modes and levels are played and where runs end. This data helps us balance the game and improve it.

Analytics events are identified only by a randomly generated install identifier that is not linked to your identity, and they carry only numeric and categorical values. See Firebase Privacy and Security.

5. In-App Purchases

Hoop Out! offers optional one-time purchases (for example cosmetic items such as ball cores, trails, and effects). Payments are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment card details. Purchase entitlements are recorded by the platform and reflected locally on your device.

6. Game Center and Play Games

If you choose to sign in, Hoop Out! reports achievements to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. Sign-in and the associated player identity are handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. Playing without signing in is fully supported.

7. App Stores and Platform Data

Apple App Store, Google Play, and your device operating system may process install, crash, diagnostic, review, or purchase-related data according to their own policies. We do not control those platform-level processes.

8. Legal Bases

Where GDPR, KVKK, or similar laws apply, we rely on consent for optional advertising personalization and tracking permissions, legitimate interests for basic app operation, analytics, and fraud prevention, performance of a contract for requested app features such as purchases, and legal obligation where required.

9. Retention

Local progress data remains on your device until you delete the App, clear app data, or reset relevant preferences. Advertising, analytics, and platform data are retained by Google, Apple, or other service providers according to their own policies.

10. Children's Privacy

Hoop Out! is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where that higher age applies. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Your Rights and Controls

Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Because Hoop Out! does not maintain user accounts and progress data is stored locally, many controls can be exercised by deleting the App or clearing local app data. Advertising controls are available in device privacy settings, Google ad settings, and the consent options shown in the App.
